For centuries, astrologers and mystics alike have touted that the Age of Aquarius will usher in a new dawn of humanity, leading with humanitarianism, innovation, and spiritual awakening. An astrological age lasts approximately 250 years, and while we cannot pinpoint the exact date, it is said to have begun in the 1960s. This means that now, we are truly starting to see and benefit from this magical time.
Perhaps my most anticipated and exciting discovery of this age is in the fields of both health and women’s leadership.
In health, we are beginning to witness the acknowledgment of energetic, intuitive, and integrative medicine as viable practices for wellness and healing. Many hospitals around the world are even exploring the integration of these practices within their institutions. I believe that self-healing is not only possible but probable, and even likely, when fostered with a deep connection to the vibrational nature of all things.
Aquarius is the sign of the Water Bearer, and, for the majority, women are the beacons of light that channel and bring these profound healing modalities into our existence.
I remain certain that as we delve deeper into this transformation, we will witness even more women being elected to positions of power and leadership, such as the election of Claudia Sheinbaum as President of Mexico and Kamala Harris as the front-runner for the upcoming U.S. elections.
The world requires the unique dynamic of powerful and connected women to bring a balance of nurturing and acumen, guiding us into what I know to be the Age of Aquarius—a time when humanity will begin to think for itself and prioritize the collective good.

Beyond everything, education and living authentically are my greatest hopes for transforming these challenges. We must empower and inspire individuals to expand their own consciousness, experience personal awakenings, meditate more, connect more, and realign their energies with like-minded and like-hearted individuals and communities. It’s essential to promote inclusivity and free ourselves from the judgments we harbor toward others, while also being tolerant of those who may judge us.
