12 years ago when I first discussed menopause with women, it was initially confronted with hesitation. On opening up, women were completely in the dark and had no idea of the options available to deal with the dreadful symptoms. Now, women talk about it openly and that makes me feel women’s health will gain focus going forward.

In my role as a coach and as an entrepreneur I have found that women tend to be hesitant to put their hands up and take a strong position. This is changing and as our advantage strengthens, we will demand attention and focus.
