Finally there is recognition we are not menπŸ˜‚ so our body and health should be treated different. πŸ™πŸ»

I think we (woman) need to make the change, we have fluctuated hormones and thats fine. We are superstrong some weeks and other week we need to take it calmer and that should be ok. The challenge is that we still run like the rythm of men. πŸ˜‰

Take a stand and be an example! When you talk about hormones and symptomes, She can too!!! And so we can understand out body better!
